Before You Place an Order
At Msikoods.com, most of our wedding and evening dresses are made to order. This means each gown is specially crafted based on your selected style, color, and size. Once your order is submitted to our designers, it enters production and cannot be canceled, exchanged, returned, or refunded.
Please Note: We do not support "buy-many-keep-one" purchases. If we suspect such behavior, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you return multiple dresses from the same order, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
Our gowns are tailored based on each designer's unique size chart. Your regular clothing size may differ.
We strongly recommend referring to the Size Chart provided on each product page under "Sizing Information" and consulting our Measurement Guide.
All in-store purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please carefully check your selection before completing your order.
To initiate a return:
- Send a request via email to msikoods@gmail.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for return.
- A Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return address will be provided within 2 business days.
- Ship your dress within 4 business days of receiving the RA#.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A $55 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
- Returns without an RA# will be refused and returned at your cost.
Refund Timeline:
- Returns are inspected within 5–6 business days of arrival.
- Refunds (minus shipping/restocking) are processed within 30 days.
Custom-sized or custom-designed dresses are made to your specifications and are final sale. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
Please note: Even with custom sizing, minor alterations may be needed locally to achieve a perfect fit.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at msikoods@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly correct the issue with a replacement or full refund. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item.
Refunds and store credits are issued in USD only. Customs duties, taxes, and currency conversion differences are the customer’s responsibility.
To use your online credit, email msikoods@gmail.com with your previous Order ID. Credits are valid for future purchases only and never expire. They cannot be converted into a cash refund.
